PI #1 Customized-to-Your-Agency’s Needs, Mobile Technology App Platform and Support System to Provide 24/7 Access and “Push” Type Marketing of HR (and/ or General Business) Policy, Procedure and Program Information to Your Clients and Their Employees

 

The 21st-century workforce is global, highly connected, technology savvy and demanding of real time information on a mobile technology basis. But employers may not have the requisite delivery platform to meet this need. This mobile app system serves as the centralized communication hub for employees to easily find needed HR (and optionally other corporate) information and services. Push notifications can be used to timely direct employees to critical information. A backroom employer-level administration dashboard that can be managed for the client by the advisory firm allows for the customization of the content to be delivered such as wellness messaging, benefit enrollments, policy and procedure, 401(k) information, etc. It controls the messages to be pushed out and the audiences to be reached (union, non-union, departments, supervisors, diabetics, etc.). Activities are tracked and reported at the group level down to the individual employee on a HIPAA compliant basis where applicable. Results have shown increased employee engagement levels on employer-desired issues, reduced supervisory time spent on informational responses and reduced employer costs by directing employees to lower cost healthcare alternatives.

PI #2 - Parameter-Driven, Drag and Drop Sales Commission / Incentive Management System to Calculate and Pay across Multiple and Even the Most Complex, Sales Incentive Programs

 

Commission and incentive payments are one of the largest expense categories for many advisory firms, yet many use error-prone spreadsheets administered by an analyst who may lack the requisite support or training to manage the level of complexity. This advanced technology uses powerful, intuitive analytics to give even non-technical users the ability to fully automate any complex sales or incentive pay program right out-of-the-box, thereby eliminating any need for custom development. Performance dashboards drag and drop analytics, bulk reporting, email distribution and multi-level reporting modules are also standard features. Heretofore, agency job candidates if assessed at all were assessed only for requisite skills. They could not be comparatively assessed / ranked for actual job suitability / role fit en masse due to high cost, low speed and low accuracy. Now, this low cost, high speed, SaaS-based system measures each individual applicant’s / incumbent’s capacity to perform specific, prioritized job-related tasks consistently and on a day-to-day basis for reliable performance predictability. Applicants for your desired positions are scored on a scale of 1-10 to predict how successful each new applicant or current employee in question will for a specific job / role will be in comparison to all other applicants. This is done with 87% accuracy >95% of the time.

 

PI #4 - Moving Annual Open Enrollment Compliance from Paper Documentation to CD

 

Whether conducted in-person or on-line, the annual open enrolment process requires the distribution of compliance documentation and the delivery of voluntary/ elective benefits of forms and collateral materials.  A paper-based approach can be overwhelming depending on group size and scope of program offerings. This consultancy delivers all of benefit information, organized contact information, compliance documents, product information and more to each employee on a simple CD.
