The Human Resources Mining & Distribution Co. is founded upon a fundamental set of principles that relate to truth, honesty and value.
As representatives of the clients to whom we distribute, we will work to assure that the client knows all we know about a given innovation. We will act as client advocates when interacting with our HR vendor partners on behalf of the client. If we feel a given innovation is not a good fit for the client or the vendor we will reach mutual agreement that such is the case.
- Recognized Vendor Representation We openly represent specific HRproducts and services, and thus openly declare that we are not and cannot by definition, be objective on the client’s behalf. This however, is no different from the consultants, brokers and vendors who sell proprietary products into their own client’s organizations.
- Value We strive to locate and represent only those HR specialty products and servicesthat add value to HR’s equation by:
- Taking out cost
- Improving processes
- Reducing risk
- Increasing revenues
All HR specialtiesare vetted by HRM&DCo at a very high level to assure initial proof of concept. However, only the client can ultimately determine whether a given HR specialtyis a good fit for its own organization
We treat all of the knowledge and information gained during the vetting and distribution processes with the utmost confidentiality. We are willing to sign Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements to that effect
