In Search of Other Professionals
Former and /or Retired Consultants
The major HR consultancies have morphed over the years from being strategic in their thinking to more tactical and operational as the demand in the marketplace for HR services has similarly changed. Most have undergone handfuls of recent downsizings in order to pare down the size of their payrolls thereby leaving much of the experience and business savvy they once had out on the streets. HRM&DCo is actively seeking such individuals to join in this exciting and fun effort to bring new ideas into HR provided they are well connect to HR in larger organizations, have the requisite business acumen and can afford the up-front risk to establish a client base.
Former / Retired CEO’s, CSO’s, CFO’s and CHRO’s
In a similar vein, HRM&DCO is also seeking partners coming from within the corporate sector providing they have a strong understanding of HR and are well connected to peers in other employer organizations.
